The following documents are submitted: - Carbon Reduction Statement, 94 High Street, Sawston (Energy Ready Ltd, 07 August 2026) - SAP 10.2 Combined Report, "94 High Street Conv - Existing" (issued 07 August 2026) - SAP 10.2 Combined Report, "94 High Street Conv - Proposed" (issued 07 August 2026) CONDITION 4 - COVERED, SECURE CYCLE PARKING Provision of covered, secure parking for four cycles, being one space per bedroom in accordance with Policy TI/3. A Forest Garden 4Life 6x4 Overlap Pressure Treated Windowless Double Door Pent Shed is proposed, measuring 1,980mm x 1,390mm on plan and 2,022mm high, of FSC-certified pressure-treated timber with overlap cladding, a solid timber floor and a felt-covered pent roof. It is fully enclosed and windowless, with ledged and braced double doors secured by a padlocked hasp and staple. The store will be bolted to a level concrete base and fitted with an internal ground anchor so cycle frames can be locked to a fixed point. Two cycles are accommodated at floor level and two on wall-mounted hooks. Position is shown on the annotated site plan.
