The changes to be made are an overall scale back of the approved design as per approved applications for Full application LA01/2025/0194/F and Non Material Change application LA01/2025/1283/NMC to be: a rationalisation of the lower section of roof to create a single ridge height with the existing roofline. The west side is to be extended to a gable end as in the original approved design with an additional extended area to the north of the site with a flat roof that butts into the roof, following the existing ridge height, with velux roof lights to the north elevation.
