ADDITIONAL MEASURES INCLUDE: THE UPGRADE OF 11 BROWN TIMBER WINDOWS WHICH WILL BE REPLACED LIKE FOR LIKE IN THE SAME CONFIGURATION TO WHITE UPVC DOUBLE-GLAZED WINDOWS; INSTALLATION OF SUN TUBES TO NEW CORRIDOR ROOF; REPLACEMENT OF MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR AND ADDITION OF 2 NEW EXTERNAL DOORS TO THE EXTENSION; EXISTING BROWN TIMBER CLADDING AT THE FRONT ELEVATION TO BE PAINTED WHITE; REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING SCHOOL SIGN WITH 3D LETTERING; ALTERATION TO THE BIN STORE AND THE SECURITY FENCING AND GATE; AND MAKING GOOD OF ANY SURFACES IMPACTED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. AS PART OF THE BIODIVERSITY NET GAIN REQUIREMENT, 4 TREES WILL BE PLANTED TO REPLACE THE EXISTING TREE WHICH IS IN POOR CONDITION, ENCASED IN TARMAC AND POSITIONED ON THE RETAINING WALL ON THE BOUNDARY OF THE SITE.
