Request for an EIA Scoping Opinion for the erection of up to 1,550No. dwellings comprising a range of house types and sizes, including both market and affordable housing; land for a Primary School and Early Years; mixed use local centre and mobility hub, incorporating local retail and community facilities, such as a small supermarket, takeaways and hairdressers; 2No. new vehicular access points to Woolavington Road; network of Pedestrian and Active Travel Routes; public open space of over 23ha comprising a community sports area, 1No. Neighbourhood Equipped Area of Play, 4No. Locally Equipped Areas of Play, Trim Trail, informal open space and additional woodland planting; 10% biodiversity net gain (BNG); sustainable drainage system (SuDS); and other associated works.
