Retrospective Planning Application for a change of use from a mechanics workshop to provide 8no Single Room Bedsits. Each Bedsit consists of 1no Habitable Room and a Bathroom. An existing hard surfaced yard will be made good with a tarmac surface and used for parking. The Existing footprint of the mechanics workhop will remain the same, but there will be an additional floor added to the proposal to create 2no floor in total.
