Notification under Regulation 5 of the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 2003 (as amended) to utilise permitted development rights (Part 16 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). The proposal consists of an upgrade to the existing base station comprising the installation of 3no. antennas, removal of 3no. MHAs and installation of 6no. MHAs and 6no. active routers.
