Erection of a new security fence around the boundary of the DVA Testing Centre. Fence will be a metal 'IBEX' style fence coloured in Black RAL 5013. The fence will be a maximum of 2.5m above existing ground level. The fence will be secured to posts embedded into concrete foundations at approximately 3m centres.
