Reorganisation of floodlighting and removal of the TV Gantry at the Arthur Wait Stand.' Variations include (but not limited to) increase in height of roof, increase in depth of main stand, extension to rear of Holmesdale Road stand, creation of new car park and use of area under Holmesdale Road Stand, massing reduction adjacent to Whitehorse Lane Stand and alterations to car parks (Sainsbury's and clubs).'
