SUCH WORKS SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED TO THE REASONABLE SATISFACTION OF THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY BEFORE THE ASSOCIATED BUILDINGS TO WHICH THEY RELATE ARE OCCUPIED.
