ANY WORKS REQUIRED TO UPGRADE THE INFRASTRUCTURE SUFFICIENTLY TO PROVIDE CAPACITY FOR THE NEW DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT’S FOUL SEWERAGE.
