Proposal
We have a mature silver birch tree at the bottom of our garden next to our garage. See attached photos. Our neighbours at number 40 have asked if we could remove the lowest branch overhanging their garden. They find the debris from the tree is collecting on the roof of their shed and has also caused problems for theor drains. If removal is permitted, we request we also remove the equivalent branch overhanging our garden to balance out the tree.The work would therefore entail the removal of teh lowert two branches only.
