Install features within and in land adjacent to the site extension to include below ground storage tank, access covers, manholes, and below ground pipework associated with the new storage tank, extension of 13m to the existing tanker parking area, roadside control kiosk with dimensions 3.1m L x 0.5m W x 2.1m H on reinforced concrete base slab, relocation of existing generator with dimensions 5m L x 1.5m W x 2.25m H and fuel tank with dimensions 1.6m L x 1m W x 1.5 H, 1.8m high chain-link security fence surrounding the new site boundary, 1.2m high single leaf heavy duty field gate for access to adjacent planting area, temporary removal of a 5m section of hedgerow to increase the size of the existing access into the site north of Bishop Sutton SPS to facilitate construction vehicle access and area of light duty stone covering the remaining area of the site extension).
