Proposal
T1 Silver Birch: Located on the left of the driveway entrance. Scope of Works The tree is becoming over-mature for its location and is currently restricting ingress/egress for the driveway. T1 is exhibiting signs of decline, with a significant portion of the upper crown dying back. Furthermore, the mid-crown has grown through the overhead utility services. Any significant reduction required to provide clearance for these services would render the tree unsustainable. Given this, combined with its current condition and location, I recommend the removal of the tree to near ground level. Data via plota.co.uk
