Proposal

G1 - Two Lime Trees Raise the canopy over the neighbouring gardens by approximately 1 metre to provide clearance from the adjacent hedge and garage. Remove any epicormic growth arising from the base of the trees. Reason for works: General maintenance and to provide clearance from nearby structures. T2, T3 & T4 - Cherry Trees Prune branches away from the playground boundary fence to reduce opportunities for children to climb over the fence, whilst retaining the natural shape of the trees. Reason for works: To improve site security and discourage climbing over the boundary fence. T5 - Silver Birch Remove dead silver birch to ground level, retaining the stem at approximately 1 metre in height to match the adjacent retained stump. Reason for works: The tree is completely dead and poses a safety risk. The low crown break makes it easily accessible and likely to be climbed by children. Removal is recommended to eliminate the risk of failure. Data via plota.co.uk
