T1 Magnolia - Reduce to approx 4m above ground level, or as close as reasonably practicable, carry out an even crown reduction to produce a balanced canopy and retain structural integrity. Prune selected branches to provide clearance from the front porch and nearby structures. Remove dead, damaged, diseased, crossing, and weakly attached branches, T2 Hornbeam - Selectively remove lower and secondary branches to achieve a minimum clearance of 2.5m above ground and from the neighbouring property where practicable. Prune to suitable growth points, maintaining the natural form and amenity value of each tree. Remove dead, damaged, crossing, and weakly attached branches. Remove only the minimum live crown necessary., T3 Hazel - Reduce crown by approx 3.5m, evenly reducing height and lateral spread while maintaining a natural, balanced form. Prune to suitable growth points and remove dead, damaged, diseased, crossing, and weakly attached branches. Avoid excessive wounding., T4 Chestnut - Crown lift over driveway to provide a minimum clearance of 4m for vehicle access. Remove selected lower branches only, maintaining tree health, stability, and amenity value. Remove all arisings and leave the site clean and tidy., T5 Cherry - Reduce and reshape crown by 1.5m in height and 2m in spread to improve form and maintain a balanced canopy.
