Proposal

• Holm Oak overhanging front garden – crown lift to balance lower parts of canopy, which do not exceed 60mm in diameter by a maximum of 0.5m, including tip reduction of small diameter branches to clear phone line. Remove dead stubs and branches, subject to owners’ consent – works needed to clear phone line, maintain aesthetic shape, and remove dead wood. • Multi-stemmed Sycamore and approximately 10 young/early mature Beech stems located along the southern boundary running from the front east corner of the property along the length of the boundary - crown lift by 3.0m from ground level and to clear property roof by 2.0m. All branches to be pruned back to suitable growth points to provide a degree of separation between trees and property, help reduce debris and improve light levels. • Young Beech stem stretching towards the chimney – Remove or reduce back to suitable growth point/s at boundary to clear chimney. • Westerly Beech tree - reduce back to suitable growth points on eastern side by 4.0m to reduce spread, improve light and rear view. • Hazel at northern end of row – remove ivy, crown lift by 1.5m and reduce spread by 1.0m to produce an aesthetic shape.
