26/00938/CPN - Work to tree(s) in Conservation Area Unknown

Proposal

T1 Horse chestnut - plan is to remove the tree due to the main canopy of this tree snapping out summer 2025 and in the winds of recent two limbs have followed. The tree has a heavy lean over the graveyard from the boundary wall. The church committee are concerned for the safety of the public as beneath this tree is the ash memorial garden. Also the limbs have caused damage to graves dating back to 1800?s and is of concern to the committee try to protect the. Heritage of the sight. The tree can be dismantled and left for new shoots from the stump or be replaced with an another sycamore or native tree. Would appreciate if this case could be looked at promptly, thank you… Data via plota.co.uk
