PA26/2337 - Works to Tree/s in Conservation Area Approved

Proposal

Removal of entire (not native) Cabbage Palm from driveway. The tree blocks light, space when unloading a child from the car in the driveway, and limits space for storage of disposal waste bins. We suspect that roots will begin growing under the wall to neighbouring property, therefore removal at earliest convenience preferable to avoid damage. We would like to completely remove the entire tree and roots, and the small shoots of new trees coming up around the base, shown in the photo enclosed. Data via plota.co.uk
