Non-material amendment to reserved matters approval 23/1237/RES (Reserved Matters Application (Pursuant to the Outline Planning Permission Ref. 11/1291/OUT) for the approval of the layout, scale, appearance of buildings, means of access to buildings and landscaping for Phase 3 (188 homes including affordable housing and associated infrastructure) and Seabrook Square (13 affordable apartments, a flexible community building, parking and landscape and play area)) to carry out the following amendments by superseding the approved drawings under condition 1: - House types swapped throughout the phase, with parking arrangements updated and Wyatt and McArthur house types introduced. - Adelaide building has been swapped (previously Symons 541-544) - Minor amendment to alignment of north and west roads. - Boundaries of plots 602-608 now extended because of updated survey work and ecological surveys. - Porch amendments to McArthur Type B, Adelaide Type C, Dawlish Type C, Wollaton Type B, Adelaide Type C, Dawlish Type C, Wollaton Type B/Type C, Hillcott Type C.
