The proposed works are to reduce and thin the beech tree by no more than 25% of leaf volume, removal of 4 conifers up to 380mm at the base in order to install disabled car parking spaces for the dental practice. The conifers that the customer would like removed are inside the property boundary, and aren't visible from the road.
