Proposal
The application is to reduce the overall size of the top and sides of the Portugal laurel tree branches (marked "Tree" on the sketch plan "2 Parkfields Tree Topping.jpeg") as they are significantly encroaching on the neighbouring property's side passage (42 Howards Lane), and over the pavement of Howards Lane that runs parallel to the garden of 2 Parkfields. We intend to retain the shape and integrity of the tree, we are just seeking to trim the branches to bring them back to our boundary walls and to return the tree to an appropriate size and shape.
