The request is to prune back 4–5 branches by approximately 2–3 metres, as indicated in the annotated images provided (see final page). The intention of the proposed works is to provide sufficient clearance from the garage and to reduce the need for repeat pruning in the short term, with an anticipated cycle of approximately five years before further intervention may be required.
