TPO26/083 - Works to a tree with a TPO Refused

Proposal

Both trees are oak trees and are the only trees on the front drive of property number 28. Both trees were last cut in September 2022 4 years ago so this is good neighbourly tree maintenance because as you can see from my plan Tree A is blocking light from number 30. Both trees would need the whole crown cutting by at least 30% as they are getting way out of control. Data via plota.co.uk
