26/00682/TPO - Consent for Works to Preserved Trees Awaiting decision

Proposal

The Lawsons cypress () has overgrown the neighbours property and is causing disturbance to the owners as it creates a lot of pollen, in season. We propose to lightly trim the face on 49 BHR side by approximately 1 metre making sure to leave sufficient live growth. We propose to lightly trim the face of the holly tree at the entrance to 49 BHR, by approximately 15/20% bringing it into shape and allowing light to reach all parts of its crown. The Yew Tree we have also proposed to lightly trim the face of the tree on 49 BHR side of the property, to stop any major over hang, it would roughly be 10cm trimmed away from the fence line of 49 BHR. All works will be done on 49 BHR, the stated trees are only to be trimmed back to the fence of 51 BHR. Data via plota.co.uk
