Removal of 3 mature Leylandii at the rear of the property (approx 25m+) and close to boundary of adjacent properties. These Removal of these trees is requested for the following reasons. 1. Should they fall (or branches) they have could damage to the property, neighbouring property and outbuildings 2. Due to their size the root system is likly to interfere with the footings of the neighbouring properties 3. They restrict light to the property and neighbouring property 4.
