AT/2026/0133 - Works To Tree Within TPO Approved

Proposal

The tree is situated in our front garden on the border with the house next door. The crown overhanging next door has been cut back to approximately four to five feet. The crown on our side of the garden has not been pruned (by the previous owners of our property); and as such is now twelve to fifteen wide. Our main area of concern is the fact that the branches are beginning to grow through the telephone wires that serve the house next door, and will begin to cause damage in the near future. If this work is done the tree will also begin to look more symmetrical and in fitting with the area. Data via plota.co.uk
