Description

The property is being re developed, it currently has no roof. The new roof approved by planning last year Is an attic truss roof. This will require a crane to lift them into place. 2 branches overhanging the front of the property will prevent the crane from lifting them into position. Approx 8 to 10 ft of the 2 branches would need to be removed to allow this. The neighbouring property has a low horizontal branch which prevents the crane from getting the trusses through the existing gap between the 2 trees. Removal of the 2 branches on the tree in front of 116, would seem the best option. We are looking to install the roof in the next 2 weeks, so hopefully a decision can be reached, so that the build can continue.
