Front garden:- Cherry tree - to fell - the tree has a significant lean towards the road and considerably overhangs the public footpath and the neighbouring property (No.305) It would appear that there has been some movement over the last couple of years as the main stem is now putting pressure on the boundary fence causing it to bow and it is beginning to apply pressure via the fence to the neighbour???s front gate post (see photos) Rear garden:- Holm Oak tree - to reduce the crown by approx. 30% (2-3 metres) and lift the lower canopy up to 5 metres. The tree has a dense canopy and blocks a lot of light to the surrounding gardens.
