Two mature Poplar trees - Pollard the tree nearest the house back to the point of previous pollarding (last done about 25 years ago) to reduce the weight and spread of the tree and keep it healthy for a long life. Pollard the neighbouring Poplar down to the same height, so the two trees remain balanced with one another and can be managed as a pair in their maturity. Data via plota.co.uk
