During works to inspect and repair underlying boards, remove and overhaul existing cast iron gutters and furniture. In addition, during the access period, to inspect all glazing frames for potential rot, repair as required; Check all glazing for cracks damage or defective putties; clean back timber work and prep for undercoat and top coat to match existing colour schemes; should sarking felt be present, to remove and replace with F1 grade bituminous felt.
