Proposal
Clear to side of wire to give approx clearance of 1.5 metres. To reduce oppressive nature of the oak tree being so close to house and further reduce the risk of falling of damaged limbs. Several limbs have already fallen and the danger to the household is very worrying. There is significant risk to the young children that reside in the property. Reduce upper crown by up to one third to suitable unions (height reduction of approx 3-4 metres). Reduce lateral spread all over to rebalance large crown to 4 metres. Clear from any other wires, to give clearance of approx 1.5 m. Clean crown of major deadwood & crossing / competing branches. Data via plota.co.uk
