Observation requested by Royal borough of Greenwich for Construction of two buildings for use as Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) (sui generis) and Large-Scale Purpose Built Shared Living (LSPBSL) (sui generis), landscaping, access works, car parking, and associated works. Further detailed explanation of the proposal for consultation purposes (not forming part of the formal description of development set out above): Construction of two buildings for use as Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) (sui generis) and Large-Scale Purpose Built Shared Living (LSPBSL) (sui generis) consisting of: PBSA Building of 13 and 27 storeys with 673 student bedspaces LSPBSL/Co-living of building 23 storeys with 380 bedspaces and landscaping, access works, 4 car parking spaces, and associated works.
