Description

Tree Preservation Order EL:265 - T1- Weeping Beech tree (fagus sylvatica 'pendula'), located in the rear of the property in a South Westerly direction. The tree has recently lost a very large limb which landed in the neighbouring property and caused damage to the garden. The client is keen to have the tree reduced to minimise any further risk of this happening again, as now the crown is also quite unbalanced, with the majority of the tree hanging over the neighbouring property where the limb fell. The tree is currently approximately 18.5m high and 14m wide and the client would like a reduction of 2/3m. The tree will be approximately 18.5m high following the proposed work and approximately 13m wide following the proposed works, there is not much difference due to the nature of the weeping limbs.
