Proposal
Replace any degraded or damaged pointing including replacement of any missing or damaged bricks to west elevation and rear ground floor elevation. Repointing will be carried out on a like-for-like basis using a lime mortar matched to the existing in mix, colour, aggregate and joint profile, finished to match the surrounding historic pointing. No cementitious mortar will be used. No bricks will be replaced other than isolated damaged units matched with a reclaimed stock brick of comparable colour, texture and size. On completion, the repointed areas will be visually consistent with the surrounding historic brickwork and will not alter the appearance of the building. Data via plota.co.uk
