Description

Please refer to attached sketch plan. T1 Copper Beech: Proposed work: Fell to ground level. Reason for work: The tree is growing in a raised banked up area with a lean towards a wall and the neighbouring property. There was previously a large Elm right next to this Beech and the concern is the Beech will become unstable as the Elm roots rot down and the bank becomes less stable. Should it fall there would be damage to the wall and the retirement home next doors garden. Data via plota.co.uk
