PA26/00748/PREAPP - Pre-Application Publicly Available Awaiting decision

Proposal

Pre application advice to build a small front extension which would lengthen the area in which the inland lifeboat is kept allowing it to always remain hitched. As part of the works the existing RNLI shop (located within the same building) would be removed and the space repurposed as a crew change area. As part of the works, the steps which access the Fishermens Mission next door would need to be moved to the front of the terrace / balcony, or potentially replaced with an access ramp if required.
