Description

T1 Holm Oak - The tree is a semi mature self set specimen located just inside the property boundary on a small bank. The tree is growing and establishing with a significant lean. The angle of the lean is towards the property. As the tree grows it will undoubtedly require pruning to avoid light loss and risk of failure. Its removal now is considered justified due to impact of long term continued pruning requirements to maintain safety, and as part of the boundary group its removal will have less of an overall impact on the aesthetics or Silvian characteristics of the frontage of the property. Replant with 1 x Wild Service 6/8 in rear garden. T2 English oak - Crown lift by removal of epicormic growth and tertiary branches only up to 4m all round. Reduce over extended upper canopy branches above roof line back by no more than 2.5m to suitable growth points, ensuring a flowing branch line is maintained. Reduce branches to provide 2m clearance from building. Reduce branches to provide 0.5m clearance from services. Data via plota.co.uk
