Revisions: The scheme has been reduced and altered in height and massing as follows: The block nearest to the school has changed from one continuous building stepping down from 18, 16, 14 to 12 residential storeys, to 2 separate blocks of 12 residential storeys. The linked block adjacent to the school access road is 17 residential storeys and the academic block next to the M4 and Boston Manor Road has risen from 7 commercial/academic storeys to 12 commercial/academic storeys over a smaller footprint. The key worker block has been moved away from the boundary with the trading estate and has a height of 4 residential storeys rising to 8 residential storeys adjacent to the school access road. Other amendments include: The number of student flats has reduced from 998 to 849, the number of key worker flats has reduced from 232 to 221, the number of parking spaces has increased to 111.
