26/0034/TPO - Works to a tree with a TPO Approved

Proposal

Oak - thin and reduce crown, to suitable growth points, by a maximum of 2 metres The oak was last trimmed in April 2018 with works covered by consent aligned to application number 17/0741/TREE. Since this point, there has been extensive crown development. Limbs and deadwood have fallen in high winds with the current size of the oak creating an ongoing risk to safety and property from branch failure. We feel that a reduction is also required to manage the shape of the tree, improve light to the property, to balance the crown and to ensure its long-term health. Data via plota.co.uk
