Conifer too close to structure, medium size, causing obstruction, foliage leaning on house, blocking the gutter, ridiculously placed, removed to ground, worried about subsidence and the drains also. H1. Large conifer hedge spanning the left side of the property, approximately 18ft, to be brought down by 4ft, shaped and faced up both sides, maintain beauty and privacy. H2. Seperate conifer hedge left hand side front and part side around driveway, this had been damaged in the past, we are lifting all the dead upto the green foliage to create a neat and straight line hedge.
