Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2025/01410/FUL dated 19/12/25 for the "Erection of an additional floor at main roof level." Amendment sought is the re-issue of the decision notice with removal of condition 4 which reads: "The balustrade of the Juliet balcony at first floor level in the rear elevation [SO-098-05] hereby permitted shall be fixed flush with the rear elevation of the building at the same time as the associated doors are installed. The doors to the Juliet balconies shall open inwards only. The doors and balustrades shall be permanently retained in this form for the lifetime of the development." The Juliet balcony is existing and not proposed and has been erroneously included in the decision notice. Clarity is sought to ensure no issues arise in any future dealings… Data via plota.co.uk
