The panels will be fully black-framed units mounted parallel to the existing roof slopes on a low-profile mounting system (VarioSole+ mounting rail 50 x 37 x 3600mm black), projecting approximately 90–100mm above the existing slate covering. The proposed panel sizes are as follows: Southwest (front) roof slope: • Left of dormer: 1504mm x 1042mm • Right of dormer: 1504mm x 1042mm Northeast (rear) roof slope • Left: 1762mm x 1174mm • Centre: 1762mm x 1154mm • Right: 1762mm x 1174mm The proposed works make no changes to the existing building usage, or access arrangements, or alter traffic volumes to the property. Off road parking to the property is available.
