THE APPLICATION RELATES TO A GROUP OF MATURE DECIDUOUS TREES WITHIN THE REAR GARDEN, AS SHOWN IN THE SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPHS. THE PROPOSED WORKS ARE TO CROWN RAISE ALL TREES BY REMOVING LOWER BRANCHES TO ACHIEVE A CLEARANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 2.5–3 METRES ABOVE GROUND LEVEL. IN ADDITION, IT IS PROPOSED TO REMOVE TWO SELF-SET TREES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE WHITE PICKET FENCE. NO OTHER TREES WILL BE FELLED. ALL WORKS WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH BS3998:2010 – TREE WORK RECOMMENDATIONS TO ENSURE THE CONTINUED HEALTH AND AMENITY OF THE REMAINING TREES.
