Description
The proposal consists of the demolition of an existing detached domestic garage and the construction of a replacement detached garage within the residential curtilage of the dwellinghouse. The replacement garage will be positioned in substantially the same location as the existing structure and will remain similar in overall scale, form and appearance. The existing garage is in poor condition, including a deteriorating asbestos cement roof and deteriorating structural elements. The proposed works are intended to provide a safe and structurally sound replacement building for incidental domestic use. No new access arrangements are proposed and no separate residential or commercial use is intended. The building will continue to be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse, including vehicle parking and domestic storage. The accompanying drawings indicate the precise siting and dimensions of the proposed structure. Data via plota.co.uk
