Variation of condition 2 of planning approval LA07/2023/3023/F (Erection of 2 No. detached dwellings, garages and assocated siteworks) from 'The vehicular access including visibility splays and any forward sight distance, shall be provided in accordance with Drawing No 29117/1A, prior to commencement of any other development permitted. The area within the visibility splays and any forward sight distance shall be cleared to provide a level surface no higher than 250mm above the level of the adjoining carriageway and such splays shall be retained and kept clear thereafter.' to 'No development other than construction of the foundations for the detached garage associated with approved house type No2 shall take place until the vehicular access including visibility splays and any forward sight distance, shall be provided in accordance with Drawing No 29117/81A, prior to commencement of any other development permitted.
