Discharge of Condition 8 of Planning Approval LA06/2020/0558/F which states 'A final detailed Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved by Council in consultation with the Shared Environmental Service (SES) prior to the commencement of development. The final CEMP shall reflect all the mitigation and avoidance measures detailed in the outline CEMP.
