Description

We propose to add a glass canopy in front of a substantially larger area of existing window glazing, the canopy to sit over an existing patio. The canopy will be open on all sides and supported by pillars only. The proposed canopy is on the west elevation of the building, which does not front onto a highway, and is not the front elevation. The proposed construction, being largely open and of transparent materials, will not materially alter the appearance of the building nor extend its footprint.
