Removal of non-native maple tree on rear boundary to neighbouring property (2 Hawthorn Road). It does not have a preservation order. It sits very close to the boundary wall and we have had complaints from neighbours about loss of light and they have had drainage issues caused by tree roots (effluent backing up into their property).
