Description

To provide an additional improved living area to the ground floor flat owner by extending the rear outrigger section to the side to the boundary line and to the rear by a length of 2m. To provide a reasonable courtyard size to the existing side of the outrigger bounding the new side extension with double access external doors on three sides providing natural light to one end of the new side extension and to the newly to be converted (lounge into)bedroom 2. The eaves height along the boundary will be kept to 2.4m. The roof will be pitched at the lowest praticable pitch as possible(25degrees) to be more sympathetic in appearance to the Adjoining Owners so that the extension is not considered to be bulky excessive in volume nor even unattractive to the Adjoining Owners. There is NO proposed changed of use from the existing use of the building ie residential.
