Description
T1, T2 - 2 x Maple Tree - Crown reduction to reduce the overall height down to approximately the level of the adjoining property’s guttering. This represents a proportional reduction to maintain the trees at a safe and sustainable size while retaining their natural form. Crown lift and selective crown thinning where necessary to remove overhanging branches extending across the boundaries of both 76 and 74 Portchester Road, improving clearance and reducing end-weight on lateral limbs. Removal of deadwood and unstable branches throughout the crown in accordance with BS3998, due to recent branch failures. The works are required to reduce the risk of further limb failure, reduce excessive shading, and ensure the long-term structural integrity and health of the trees. Please see the annotated photo.
