Replace rear roof with Glendyne natural slates. We propose to raise the bottom edges of the dormer windows slightly and install new lead flashings. The double glazed units in the side of the window also need to be replaced. The fibreglass flat roof on the top of the dormer window will be replaced with a new black EPDM rubber membrane.
